What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher Pool for the 2025-26 Schoo Year position at Leadways School?
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging, project based lesson plans that align with Common Core standards and Leadways philosophy.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school's core values.
Manage student behavior and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
Assess student progress and performance regularly, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance the learning experience.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of excellence and collaboration.
