Leaf Home is proud to partner with the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program, offering transitioning service members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience during their final 180 days of active duty. This program is exclusively for active-duty service members approved to participate in SkillBridge as they transition to civilian careers. Participants will continue to receive their military compensation and benefits while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate setting.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for transitioning service members who have served as military recruiters or career counselors and are eager to apply their skills in a civilian corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company needs and culture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Military Experience: Must be an active-duty service member eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program, with command approval. 
• Professional Background: Experience as a military recruiter or career counselor is required.
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time internship lasting between 120 to 180 days.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
