Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in event marketing or related field
- Lead generation and experiential marketing skills
- Limited/single market budgeting and planning expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in direct-to-consumer marketing
- Home improvement event marketing experience
Travel Requirements:
- 25-50% domestic travel required
