The Director of Media will spearhead the media initiatives for Leafguard focusing on enhancing brand visibility and consistency, lead generation, driving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth. . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective media campaigns, building teams, and collaborating across departments.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Media Strategy Development : Create and implement comprehensive Media strategies that align with the goals of the Leafguard, addressing both short-term and long-term objectives. Develop programs for different business units, with potentially different objectives and implement and manage simultaneously.
• Digital Marketing Leadership : Drive digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising, to enhance online presence and customer engagement in collaboration with the SVP of Digital.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with other marketing leaders, sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
• Budget Oversight : Develop and manage the media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Performance Measurement : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication : Present marketing strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
