Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with at least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design to join our growing creative team. This is a remote, full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across multiple media channels for both Leafguard and Englert.
This role requires expertise in graphic design and video design, with a strong ability to create impactful content for organic social media, paid social media, print ads, emails, direct mail, web design, flyers, cataloges and trifold brochures.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create, edit, and manage visual content for multiple brands, including print, digital, and web-based projects.
- Video Design: Design and produce short-form video content for social media platforms, paid social campaigns, and website use.
- Social Media Creative: Design engaging, scroll-stopping assets for organic and paid social media, including static images, Reels, TikTok’s, GIFs, animations, and video snippets.
- Print Collateral: Design print materials such as direct mail, flyers, trifold brochures, and other brand collateral as needed.
- Web Design: Support website updates with digital assets, landing page design, and on-brand visual enhancements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets and marketing materials for both Leafguardand Englert.
- Fast-Paced Project Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate with marketing leadership, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic and pictographic design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and video design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with video creation and editing for use in social media and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Ability to adapt quickly and multitaskin a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitudewith a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with home improvement, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of web design best practices, UX/UI principles, and the ability to create web-ready assets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially regarding visual storytelling and short-form video.
- Experience with print productionand working with vendors to produce high-quality physical materials.
