Associate Sales Director Job Description:
In the Retirement Plan Associate Sales Director Role within LeafHouse, you’ll work with our sales directors, executive leadership, and investment team to help meet the needs of our advisor, wholesaler and plan sponsor prospects and opportunities. You’ll have immediate impact on helping LeafHouse exceed sales goals. You will master sales stories for the products and services offered through LeafHouse and our affiliates.
Roles/Duties:
- Engage in proactive follow-up on sales efforts with partner advisor, consultants and recordkeepers.
- Provide excellent product and service representation and support the sales directors in engaging financial advisors, wholesalers, and existing clients on LeafHouse products and services.
- Drive communication with prospective and loyal clients regarding investment management, investment scoring and fiduciary services, HSA, and IRA Rollover solutions.
- Partner with sales directors and the investment committee on advisor opportunities, institutional proposals, and ongoing services of our top client partnerships.
- Use industry knowledge to help design solutions and discuss our services and related offerings with advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or three years of equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of industry-related experience required.
- Strong preference towards investment knowledge and experience.
- FINRA licensing required including series 65 within 90 days of employment.
- Familiarity with the qualified plan market and or internal sales experience a plus.
- CFP, QRPC, or related retirement designations are a plus.
