Position Overview
As a Multi-Classroom Teacher, you will play a critical role in supporting our teachers and creating a positive, engaging learning environment for children from infants through pre-kindergarten. You will assist in providing breaks, implementing curriculum, fostering developmental milestones, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities
1. Classroom Support:
- Assist teachers with implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide hands-on care, including diapering, feeding, and soothing infants and toddlers, as well as supporting pre-K children with daily routines.
2. Child Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with children by engaging in activities, encouraging exploration, and supporting their developmental milestones.
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe and valued.
3. Classroom Environment:
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
- Ensure that toys, materials, and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
4. Safety and Supervision:
- Monitor children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being, both indoors and outdoors.
- Follow all school policies and procedures, as well as state regulations, to maintain a safe environment.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with all teachers and other team members to ensure the success of the classroom.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with parents to share updates and milestones about their child’s progress.
6. Professional Development:
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in early childhood education preferred.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with families.
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
