The League of Minnesota Cities (LMC) is looking for a skilled attorney to manage legal and litigation matters for the organization. This role involves handling a variety of municipal cases, including property damage, subrogation, employment disputes, discrimination claims, and personal injury litigation.
As an Attorney at LMC, you will:
- Serve as lead or sole counsel on routine to moderately complex municipal cases.
- Develop litigation strategies and represent clients in court and jury trials.
- Draft legal documents, conduct written discovery, and take depositions.
- Present motions and negotiate settlements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hiring Range: $90,500 – $165,000 (The full salary range extends to $180,356).
