Saint Paul Police Department is hiring a Property Clerk.
- Perform intermediate clerical and outside manual work involving receipt, disposition, and storage of property.
- Receive, log, categorize, and store property and evidence.
- Release property and evidence to properly-identified claimants; maintain security of work area.
- Collect fees, issue receipts and change, and maintain financial records.
- Take and resolve complaints. Perform related duties as required.
Impound Lot : This is a part-time position which may involve working outside in all types of weather conditions. Schedule is typically three 8-hour shifts per week including most weekends.
Hours : Shift times : 7 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m., and 11 p.m. to 7 : 30 a.m.; will vary week to week.
Location : 830 Barge Channel Road, St. Paul, MN
The eligible list created for this position will be used to fill full-time, part-time, and seasonal / on call vacancies as they become available.
