The City of Inver Grove Heights seeks an experienced Senior Planner. The Senior Planner performs advanced planning functions in the areas of municipal planning, including zoning, long-range comprehensive planning and land use regulations. Coordinates development and redevelopment project reviews and implementation of the community's planning efforts and priorities as established by the City Council. The incumbent shall exercise independence and judgment, following City policies, procedures and processes in collaboration with City staff and under general supervision from Department leadership and City senior management. Estimated hiring range $43.20 to $45.71 / hr., pending contract negotiations.
