The City of White Bear Lake has opportunities for Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Land Surveying students for summer internship in the Engineering Department. The position assists the Engineering Department with preliminary design, topographic survey, construction staking and inspection of street, utility and miscellaneous construction projects.
- Performs survey work using robotic total station and GPS equipment.
- Assist in the inspection of public improvement projects, including streets, water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems.
- Communicate with the public, contractors and City staff.
- Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30pm, with the possibility of overtime.
Salary Range : $16.83 - 20.91 / hr.
