What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Ticketing & Marketing Lead position at League One Volleyball (LOVB)?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ticketing & Marketing Lead Sr. Manager to join our team to support our inaugural season of the LOVB Pro league. This role is critical in supporting ticketing and marketing strategies to drive ticket sales. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including ticketing, marketing, design, and agency partners, to ensure the successful launch and execution of key campaigns and activations. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, optimizing ticket sales, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and data-driven decisions.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Development & Execution ● Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize ticket sales for LOVB. ● Assist in the development, gap assessment, lead nurturing, and execution of ticketing Go-To-Market strategies. ● Design and deploy marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and awareness, working with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
Promotional Materials & Field Support ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ticket offers and promotional materials. ● Ensure field teams are equipped with all necessary tools (brochures, flyers, digital assets) for seamless execution at the grassroots level.
Creative Campaign Collaboration ● Work closely with the LOVB design team to ensure that all campaign and promotional materials align with the brand's identity. ● Ensure the visual and creative execution of marketing materials is compelling and consistent across platforms.
Cross-Channel Messaging Alignment ● Coordinate with MarComm managers to ensure that messaging is consistent and aligned across all internal and external communication channels. ● Manage communication flows between teams to ensure a unified voice in all marketing and ticketing initiatives.
Partnership Activation & Sponsor Fulfillment ● Assist in the execution of partnership activations, ensuring sponsor fulfillment and the delivery of agreed-upon benefits. ● Collaborate with partners and sponsors to ensure their involvement is effectively integrated into ticketing campaigns and promotions.
