Independent Wealth Management Firm seeks Managing Partner to maintain and grow the current practice, lead the wealth advisory team, oversee strategic growth and lead key client relationships.

- Collaborate with the Chairman, CCO and CMO to develop long term strategic objectives that drive sustainable, long term growth, including integrating newly acquired teams into the overall firm strategy
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s Wealth Advisors in an ensemble fee-based RIA, supporting their development and success through inspirational leadership, mentoring, and associate advisor training
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and enhance client satisfaction, while fostering strong relationships with key clientele
- Drive business development initiatives such as expanding existing client relationships, and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, referral sources and industry partners
