WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking Lash Consultants for our front desk team who are:
- Seeking long term relationship with our studio
- Part-time shifts available days, nights and weekends.
Requirements:
- Customer service and retail sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and organizational
- Active on social media, be able to manage and engage to all social media platforms
- Able to build relationships with new and current clients
- Be friendly, positive, and professional
- Be responsible for maintaining our stocks and products
- Be responsible for booking and maintain schedule for all stylists
- Ability to multitasking
- Maintaining clean work environment

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support social media management and marketing efforts to enhance the company’s presence.
- Maintain organization of office supplies and assist with office management tasks as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
