Position Overview:
The ideal candidate has experience in account management, working with both existing and new customers. The candidate will leverage cross-functional expertise, working closely with customer service and production teams to enhance the entire customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
- Drive sales by identifying and meeting the needs of both existing clients and prospective leads, contributing to overall divisional growth. Customer retention is a key aspect, requiring strong relationship management and proactive engagement.
- Oversee customer relationship management, contract renewals, and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and consistent quality service.
- Estimate Commercial and Residential Maintenance along with enhancement projects.
- Lead quality control efforts and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in landscaping sales / account management.
- Knowledge of turf care and landscape enhancement project management.
- Experience in managing field crews.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Management and training experience, with bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities as a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 65,000 – 100,000 Salary / commission / bonus plan
