Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Telephone Etiquette is a must. Oversee the use of phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate payroll processes and manage employee records accurately.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle inquiries from clients and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with resident funds.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
