Who you are – making applications work for the user through communication
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving product adoption and transforming satisfied users into long-term advocates for Lean-On. The ideal candidate is skilled in understanding:
- IT infrastructure
- Customer business processes
- CAD applications and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance customer experience.
This position demands a proactive approach to customer retention and growth through user onboarding, data-driven insights, and customer optimization strategies.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring an in-depth understanding of the different IT services from our side and our customers’ side.
- Support our IT service management operation team in Europe.
- Support the user onboarding process, adoption of the product, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention and growth by understanding the business needs of each customer and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Provide local customer support
- Collaborate with a highly qualified team of application and desktop specialists in Denmark
- Provide project support and reporting back to the headquarter in Denmark.
- Provide support in evaluating new hardware and software deliveries.
- Ensure managed services and customer engagement meet or exceed all relevant KPIs in line with the contractual agreements.
- Understand Lean-On services and products, their features, functions, and solutions and how they are used to solve pain points and create solutions for our customers.
- Be willing to learn and visit Denmark 1-2 times per year.
- Based in the Cleveland area
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree [BA or BS] or equivalent
- IT and application interest and experience
- Experience in working with CAD applications, or from work in the IT industry. Experience working with industry applications in an industry vertical, is preferred.
- Languages: English
- Proficiency in MS Modern Work software such as Teams, Exchange, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.

Location: Lean-On office, Cleveland area, Ohio
This is a full-time position for an Application and IT Consultant to support our customers and users. The position is based in the Cleveland area, and you will report directly to our Danish headquarters and Head of Department.
The pay range will match work experience and background. Benefits included are paid insurance, annual leave, and paid federal holidays.
