What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drum Instructor position at Leander Music School?
If you're tired of trying to find your own students, we are seeking fun, out-going music teachers to work for an organized, professional company with great systems & staff in an easy-to-find location!
All you do here is teach music. WE do it all because we only want you to TEACH.
You MUST be locally available to teach in our studios to be considered.
You can become a part-time teacher with us or get on our sub list (and choose when you work)!
We've been in business, since 2013. Here's why teachers love Leander Music School:
1. We do all the advertising, scheduling, administration and billing for you! We know you want to focus on teaching--not all the admin. We do the boring part--so you can focus on what you love: teaching music!
2. You get to choose the hours you to teach! We know you have a busy schedule. As a contractor at Leander Music School you teach on the days that work best for YOU!
3. Teach a Full Schedule! YOUR schedule.
If you're driving from house to house teaching, you are wasting a lot of teaching time because you are driving!
Instead, work at a professional location where we value teaching and music and YOUR time. We are growing FAST and we will fill your schedule! No one else is growing as quickly and steadily as we are! We even grow in the summer!
4. Get paid a steady paycheck!
Even if your students don't show up, we will STILL pay you. We know you have bills and you need to pay them. We want your paychecks to be as steady and consistent (and growing! A lot!) as possible!
5. There aren't enough quality music teachers in the world. We're out to change that. At Leander Music School, we expect a lot out of our students. By having high standards, we're accomplishing great and exciting things. We select top musicians with incredible skills in working with children! Our families are assured the most quality experience when they enroll with us. Maybe their next teacher will be YOU!
What our teachers are saying:
"The staff is proactive and adapts to circumstances well. My schedule has been full through the shutdown since March 2020."
"I've worked all around the United States. No other studio is growing like you!"
"I love your philosophy. I love what this school stands for."
"This is seriously the best studio I've ever worked for."
* What we will do for you:
Handle all the scheduling, billing, and paperwork for your students.
Provide as much convenience as possible for teachers & students.
Find new students for you!
Fill your schedule!
