The Customer Marketing Senior Specialist supports the VP, Global Programs and Events and the CMO Market Impact within SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX, and plays an essential role in sourcing, producing and publishing customer marketing content strategy, assets and messaging to support the business to achieve awareness and pipeline objectives.
The content created in this role should help improve brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer advocacy through different assets and activities developed in partnership with customers and other business areas within SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX.

Typical position requirements, responsibilities and tasks include :
- Spearhead the collection and documentation of customer success stories that reflect the benefits and value achieved with SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX solutions, including asset creation as well as internal and external promotion
- Contribute to marketing business planning based on corporate priorities, product / solution value proposition and audience needs, including maintaining customer marketing activities as a strategic priority within SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX and SAP
- Contribute to integrated marketing program planning by providing an audience point of view via positioning, messaging and respective solution / industry expertise.
- Collaborate across marketing to create the customer journey and associated customer-facing content and offers to drive customer demand from new customer acquisition through renewal.
- Serve as evangelist for the target audience and the solution both internal and external to SAP.
- Provide direct support (i.e. deal support, messaging, deal cycle, analysis, etc.) to marketing Channels of Excellence, go-to-market and sales teams to land the value proposition, maximize customer value and drive demand
- Assess, analyze, and evaluate market reactions (i.e. via social media channels) to optimize marketing strategies and influence offers and communication.
- Be a part of global project teams and contribute to the development and success of marketing content and campaigns, including close collaboration with Sales, customer engagement positions, and senior executives.
