We’re a fast-growing quick service restaurant brand looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations to help scale our business. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, driving operational excellence, supporting unit growth, and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations. This role is key to shaping the future of our brand and ensuring a consistent, crave-worthy guest experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support multi-unit operations with a focus on growth, consistency, and profitability
Hire, train, and mentor General Managers and field leadership to drive performance and retention
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure operational efficiency and brand consistency
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, HR) to support new store openings and ongoing initiatives
Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and high energy
What We’re Looking For:
5 years in multi-unit operations leadership (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment
Strong leadership and people development skills
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
Passion for food, service, and building something special
Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
