What Youβll Be Responsible For:
πΉ Operational Leadership β Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
πΉ Growth & Expansion β Develop and execute operational strategies to scale the brand while maintaining top-tier quality.
πΉ People & Culture β Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including regional directors, general managers, and support staff.
πΉ Financial Performance β Drive P&L management, cost controls, labor optimization, and revenue growth.
πΉ Guest Experience β Champion best-in-class hospitality, service standards, and brand consistency.
πΉ Franchise & Corporate Operations β Support franchise partners and corporate locations with best practices, training, and operational playbooks.
πΉ Process & Technology Optimization β Implement scalable systems, SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
πΉ Strategic Partnerships β Collaborate with marketing, finance, HR, and supply chain to ensure smooth, profitable operations.
What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership, preferably at the VP or senior director level.
β
Experience in fast-casual, QSR, or full-service restaurants (franchise experience is a huge plus!).
β
Strong background in scaling brands, leading teams, and driving profitability.
β
Deep knowledge of P&L management, labor optimization, and food cost controls.
β
Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership.
β
A passion for guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.
β
Experience working with private equity-backed or high-growth restaurant groups is a plus.
Salary : $150,000 - $224,999
