Early Childhood Preschool Teacher

Leap-EI llc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Observe and assess each child's development and progress, providing feedback and support.
• Engage children in activities that foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preffered.
• Valid teaching certification or license in early childhood education (if applicable).
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
