IT Field Support Technician - Muncie

The IT Field Support Technician role is focused on solving client technical issues and executing on site projects such as network upgrades, site assessments, and PC workstation installations. Passion for technology and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service are a must.
This is a full time role and will involve working in both client locations and the Leap Indianapolis support center.
Position Responsibilities:
- Execute client on-site project work (workstation install, firewall/networking upgrade, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and solve client network, workstation, and communication issues (both remotely and on-site)
- Monitor client alerts and implement remediation
- Communicate resolution processes with end users
- Manage account portals
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ideal Candidate
- 3 Years IT Help desk or similar computer & network support experience
- CompTIA Network certification or similar
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Proven track record of taking the initiative to go above and beyond to care of client/user/coworker
