We’re looking to add an Affiliate Manager to our team. This role will report to VP of Business Development and work closely with our three founders, all of whom are top sales executives. Our founders are deeply invested in training and developing the hired candidate into a world-class professional who will take on increasing responsibilities.
This position is 100% in-office (no remote or hybrid work). It also requires travel and flexibility to connect with clients outside of traditional business hours when needed. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team at our ocean-view office in Santa Monica, conveniently located on a walkable, transportation-friendly street near great restaurants. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Affiliate Partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness via email, Slack, and other communication channels.
- Grow and Optimize Affiliate Programs – Identify new opportunities for expansion, negotiate deals, and ensure profitable growth for our partners and the company.
- Travel & Client Support – Be available for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed, including occasional off-hours communications.
- Industry Adaptation – Stay ahead of ever-changing industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to keep the company competitive.
- Organized Execution – Track partner performance, report key metrics, and manage affiliate accounts efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills – quick, professional responses to partners and new leads
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing industry while maintaining organization and efficiency
- Detail-oriented – ensures all communications and agreements are accurate and precise
- Willingness to travel for business as needed
- Comfortable handling off-hours communications when required to support partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with affiliate platforms is a plus
