About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst to assist the Audit Manager in the daily operations of a growing property management company. This role will support key activities across document control, technical writing, risk management, auditing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and an ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure that quality standards are maintained and improved. This position offers opportunities for growth, including continued education and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor issued policies, coverage amounts, and product offerings to ensure they meet the organization’s risk management objectives.
- Communicate audit findings and work with leadership and impacted departments to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain an organized and accessible document management system, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Collaborate with other departments to map out new processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and draft corresponding documentation.
- Provide quality insights to other departments to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality analysis or risk management support role.
- You are obsessed with data quality and data perfection.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Experience navigating Salesforce, SAP, and other inventory management software.
- Experience with document management systems, especially Grace Hill or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with risk management practices, including policy review and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
