DeltaV Automation Manager - North Carolina
Nature of Engagement Either direct hire or Sole Proprietor / Contractor
Working Week Approx 40 hours per week
Start Date : Immediately - Ideally before December 23.

A SME in Life science Manufacturing Technology solutions, we are looking for top talent to be part of the dynamic team and drive the growth of the business.
The Project
Greenfield biologics facility - approx. capex value $400m USD. The works consists of seven buildings including a three-storey manufacturing facility, laboratory and administrative building and a two-storey utility building. The facility also includes an electrical building, security building and wastewater treatment plant.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV.
- Will participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
- Thorough understanding of Physical and Procedural Layer design, development and qualification.
- Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.
- Supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DeltaV system.
- Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes
- Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.
- Field commissioning of automation equipment's.
- System administration and maintenance support.
- Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.
- Interacting with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.
