Senior Project Finance Manager – Renewables
Leap29 is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Finance Manager to join a well-respected renewables company specializing in Wind, Solar, and BESS. This role, based in San Francisco, involves leading the financing of large-scale renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee key corporate and project finance transactions, including equity, debt, and tax equity, with potential capital from government and strategic sources.
- Serve as the internal project manager, aligning stakeholders, managing budgets, and keeping project timelines on track.
- Lead tax credit monetization strategies and address working capital needs for industrial decarbonization projects.
- Manage all aspects of transaction execution—marketing, term sheet negotiations, financial modeling, and investor due diligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with debt, equity, and tax equity investors.
- Develop complex financial models independently and guide the team in using them.
- Collaborate with leadership to create innovative financing strategies and prepare marketing materials for capital raising.
- Report directly to the MD and C-level management and the Board of Directors.
