POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Recruiter will lead recruitment for corporate roles for multiple locations. They will ensure all actions follow overall company talent acquisition strategy with support of manager.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for specific roles.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on internal recruitment process and maintain expectations with hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and recruitment pipeline flow.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience and potential.
- Manage external recruitment agency relationships.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience highlighting Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Negotiate and extend job offers with support from HRBP.
- Coordinate with appropriate HRBP and hiring manager to ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment data.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to hiring managers (as needed) and HR team.
- Stay updated on industry innovation and best practices to improve the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Knowledge of current recruiting and sourcing best practices.
- Propensity to act with integrity and accountability.
- Communicative and collaborative.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Familiarity with ADP.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or other professional certification is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Travel 1-2 times per year
