Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Implementation Coach to join our team. The Program Implementation Coach will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized programming to our clients, as well as providing training and support to life coaches.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client, their family, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive programming tailored to the individual's unique needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform program development and monitor progress.
• Provide ongoing training and support to life coaches to ensure consistent implementation of programming and interventions.
• Conduct regular observations and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of programming and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic support for the client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with diverse abilities, preferably in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equity in all aspects of service delivery.
