Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation within the office. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Collect session notes from technicians, make copies, file session notes and/or client data.
2. Take client temperatures and transition to behavior technician.
3. Keep inventory, manage purchase order requests, and send to Operations Manager semi-monthly
4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing employees and clients
5. General office upkeep and organization, put away supply orders when they are delivered, restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer.
6. Work closely with scheduling to keep behavior technicians schedule boards up to date; notify scheduling if technicians are late.
7. Make sure all records are protected and kept confidential
8. Answer phones and track correspondence with clients/employees; disseminate messages to the appropriate personnel
9. Maintaining tidiness of office spaces by following in place procedures and check lists including sanitizing toys, cleaning break areas and bathrooms.
10. Create needed materials when requested by supervisor.
11. Wait with client when technician is running late or needs a bathroom break.
12. Collect parent signatures at end of session and transition client back to parents.
13. Collect and file all cleaning sheets weekly; replace cleaning sheets.
14. Fill in as Certified Behavior Technician as needed

- Preferred Experience
- High School Diploma and Associates degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavior Support principles
- Certified Behavior Technician preferred

- Excellent communication and networking skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed.
- Proficiency of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
