Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with quality leads generated through national TV, radio, and online advertising campaigns by building trust with active listening skills.
  • Handle daily calls with aged and new leads, connected and prospected by our proprietary AI system to reach prospective clients.
  • Qualifying and converting leads to satisfied customers by building trust and presenting product value effectively.
  • Manage your time effectively and stay organized.
  • Sell a variety of physical precious metals to meet individual customer needs.

What We Are Looking For :

  • At least 2 years of proven success in a high-performance, commission-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Expertise in customer engagement with strong active listening and communication skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset paired with exceptional objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, merit-based setting with a clear goal-oriented approach.
  • Key traits include active listening, clear and persuasive communication, the ability to build rapport quickly, persistence, resilience, and most importantly, coachability.
