LABRORATORY TECHNICIAN I
EAGLE OTTAWA ROCHESTER HILLS - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION CENTER
Work as part of a team environment to perform specification testing accurately and consistently for both annual validation as well as the development of new products to ensure we are constantly providing consistent and high quality test results in a timely and efficient manner.
The Role :
Your work will include, but not be limited to :
- Follow written work instructions in preparing laboratory specimens for testing
- Verify the quality of leather submissions for all test specimens
- Responsible for performing all specimen cutting correctly and without deviations
- Opening of packages and labeling of hides received from production facilities
- Filing of laboratory worksheets and test specimens in the storage area
- General laboratory cleanup and maintenance
