Job Description
The Production Team Member will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Demolding: Removing finished foam seating pads from their molds, placing parts on a conveyor for the next stage of the finishing process, and removing any obvious foam particles from the molds.
- Waxing: Removing any obvious foam particles from molds and applying a thin layer of demolding agent (aerosol wax) to the surface of the molds.
- Inserting: Placing clips, felts, wires, and other required inserts inside molds.
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluating product quality and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
