The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role would report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be based onsite in our office at Lincoln Center, Dallas TX.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and scheduling high priority interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Workday
Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate profiles.
