Over 1,600 partners rely on SIDEARM to power their fan engagement platforms, including athletic websites, mobile apps, ticketing, and more. Integrated with Paciolan, Learfield's leading ticketing platform, SIDEARM is at the forefront of college athletics ticketing and fundraising.
We're seeking a Data Coordinator I to help measure and optimize SIDEARM's custom digital products. Supporting the Web Analytics Specialist, the Coordinator will work across web and mobile platforms, manage GA4 implementations, and assist partners in developing tailored analytics strategies. They will deliver insights, simplify complex data, and create clear, actionable reports for internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities :
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards in GA4, Excel, Google Docs and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help translate data into clear recommendations and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support integration of web analytics data with other data sources (CRM, email marketing, etc.) to create more comprehensive customer insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in web analytics and consent management to support modern, compliant practices.
- In collaboration with the Web Analytics Specialist, provide support to clients, helping them leverage web and mobile data to achieve business goals.
- This role offers an opportunity to grow expertise in digital analytics while working closely with the Web Analytics Specialist.

Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $20 to $25. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and / or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
