Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations. Well-versed in relevant software (e.g., CAD, MS Office) Project management skills, Problem-solving ability Teamwork skills.
Skills:
Industrial/Manufacturing engineer to support plant activities, Collaborate with production manager, supervisor and operators to identify the line issues and provide continuous ME/IE support to production line ,Identify the bottle necks and continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity, Document the safety issues or concerns to the respective team and take the corrective action, Establish manpower requirements, line and sub-assembly balancing data, and expectancy time performances, Utilize Lean/Six Sigma principles and methodologies in making process improvements, Conduct CI events and implement changes to the production line, Cross communication with other discipline (Materials, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering) about the changes and improvements planned, Maintain Material Master data using SAP S/4HANA MM module and discarding obsolete items, Analysing data from multiple operating systems to develop and maintain PFEP in SAP, Work close to operators and record Voice of customers
