- Oversee and manage the school's technology-related clubs, ensuring students are motivated and inspired to explore their interests in tech and gaming.
- Organize school events, tournaments, and competitions related to eSports and other tech-driven activities.
- Cultivate an environment that encourages questioning, exploration, and experimentation.
- Foster critical thinking by challenging students with problems that require creative solutions and analytical thinking.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- Encourage student participation in technology-related school events and competitions.

- Experience working with elementary aged children preferred.
