The Sr. Financial Analyst, Programs will focus on planning and analyzing revenue, developing analytics for revenue streams, and conducting scenario planning to support financial decision-making. The role involves financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. This role will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting on top-line performance to enhance strategic initiatives.

 

Essential Functions:

1. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue opportunities, including tuition subsidies, grants, and other strategic initiatives.

2. Partner with cross-functional teams, including the Subsidy, Grants & Funding, and Compliance, to ensure alignment on financial strategies, compliance requirements, and program profitability.

3. Conduct scenario modeling and risk analysis to assess the financial impact of market changes, competitor performance, and economic trends.

4. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, summarize insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

5. Prepare and evaluate business cases for new programs or pilot initiatives, providing recommendations for scaling or optimization.

6. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and school-level impacts.

7. Support month-end close activities by reconciling financial metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing performance trends.

8. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational performance.

9. Provide financial literacy training and technical support to colleagues, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.

· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and planning tools (e.g., Hyperion) preferred.

· Experience in multi-unit operations, retail, or education preferred.

 

Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

· Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

· Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.

· Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.

· Possess solid understanding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles and financial reporting.

· Strong analytical, financial modeling and data visualization skills.

· Capable of presenting and training diverse audiences, including those without a financial background.

· Capable of leveraging critical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration skills to drive results.

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.  
  • $90-100k base salary  
  • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.

  • This position is eligible for paid time off. All Corporate employees are enrolled in our Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) plan. This plan allows for flexibility and discretion between employees and managers in taking time off - with no set accrual for vacation or sick time. Employees can use Flexible PTO for any reason and is compliant with the Colorado Healthy Families Work Act.
