Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license
- Experience working with middle school students
- Knowledge of literacy education and writing
- Familiarity with tutoring and mentoring techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Experience with special education and research-based teaching practices
