Behavior Treatment Technician
Position Overview: The Behavior Treatment Technician provides direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Behavior Treatment Supervisor and BCBA. This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients.
- Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions as designed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and client families.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities, is preferred.
- Willingness to work both in-home and in center.
- Strong observational and data collection skills.
Wages: The Behavior Treatment Technician starting wage is $20/hour for a 35-hour work week, 8am - 3pm daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
