About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your days will be filled with laughter, learning, and lots of hugs as you guide little ones through play-based activities that support their development.

What You’ll Do:

· Take initiative in planning and leading fun, educational activities

· Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment

· Read stories, sing songs, and encourage creative play

· Support social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive learning

· Be reliable—we count on our team to create a consistent, stable environment for our students

· Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow team members

· Maintain a safe and clean classroom at all times

What We’re Looking For:

· A self-motivated individual who sees what needs to be done and takes action

· A dependable team player who shows up and gives their best every day

· A strong collaborator—someone who values teamwork and is eager to support their fellow educators

· Great communication skills—we work together to create the best learning environment for children

· Minimum of 2 years of documented childcare experience

· Passion for early childhood education and child development
