As an HR Associate , you will play a vital role in advancing the agency's mission by fostering a culture of open communication, accountability, trust, and mutual respect. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel records, preparing agency reports, conducting audits, and coordinating training programs to ensure seamless and compliant operations.
Reports To : Human Resources
Essential Functions :
- Assist with overall HR duties maintaining and updating personnel records, applications, background checks, on-boarding, etc.
- Coordinate and maintain all required staff training (Relias, CPR, First Aid, CPI, Med)
- Collaborate with Safety to support and ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Interacts with co-workers, supervisors, visitors, and program participants in a manner which promotes a positive image of the agency.
- Perform quality assurance checks on personnel files for compliance with regulations.
- Supports the Executive Team and Supervisors by gathering, analyzing and distributing information as needed.
