- Local progressive grass roots mental health agency seeks individuals to collaborate with a supportive team to develop and implement interventions for students with high support needs. Individual will work with other team members and receive training in Restorative Practices and utilize the Community Resilience Model. Respond to student behavior in a positive and effective way, promoting a safe learning environment.
- Supportive and collaborative work environment. Available and effective supervision. Be part of a true dedicated team experience making a difference.
- Experience with children and adolescents with challenging behaviors is necessary and previous experience with children and adolescents with ODD, anxiety, mental health issues, or autism is helpful.
- Human Service degree. Experience of two years working with children and adolescents with challenging behaviors required.
