Responsibilities
- Maintain and follow all Office of Child Care Regulations
- Effectively communicate daily with potential families, current families, children, Admin, and Teachers
- Maintain a culture of accountability and growth
- Seek out areas of growth opportunity or improvement and having the initiative to problem solve and present resolutions
- Communicating with parents and Team members
- Provide a safe learning environment for the children in our care
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate daily lessons and activities
- Must pass all criminal background checks and health screening
- Positive attitude with a focus on the children in our care
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
