Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Childhood Director to join our team! You will be leading a Team of Early Educators who strive to provide a strong foundation and love of learning in each child in their care. We are a quickly growing company and due to expansion of services, we are seeking an energetic Director who will grow with us.
If you are passionate about early learning and helping Teachers reach their potential, this would be a good fit. Our company focuses on continuous improvement and always striving to do better for our Teachers, staff, children, and families.
Responsibilities
Maintain and follow all Office of Child Care Regulations
Effectively communicate daily with potential families, current families, children, Admin, and Teachers
Create and maintain a culture of accountability and growth
Seeking out areas of growth opportunity or improvement and having the initiative to problem solve and present resolutions
Communicating with and organizing outside vendors
Plan and implement monthly staff and family events
Support and encourage continued education in Teachers
Identify HR needs, recruit, hire, and onboard effectively
Maintain child and staff records to standard
Market, tour, and enroll families
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in ECE or Bachelor's Degree in related field
2 years management experience
45-Hour Childcare Administration Course
Qualified as a Director under OCC regulations for center
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
