Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be joining a Team of Early Educators who strive to provide a strong foundation and love of learning in each child in their care. We are a quickly growing company and due to expansion of services, we are seeking energetic Teachers who will grow with us.

Responsibilities
Maintain and follow all Office of Child Care Regulations
Effectively communicate daily with potential families, current families, children, Admin, and Teachers
Maintain a culture of accountability and growth
Seek out areas of growth opportunity or improvement and having the initiative to problem solve and present resolutions
Communicating with parents and Team members
Provide a safe learning environment for the children in our care
Create and implement developmentally appropriate daily lessons and activities
Qualifications
Qualified as a Lead Preschool OR Lead Infant / Toddler Teacher through MSDE Office of Child Care
