- 45-Hour Preschool Curriculum Certificate OR 45-Hour Infant / Toddler Curriculum Certificate
- 9-Hour Communication Certificate OR any completed college course
- 1 year of experience working with children in a child care setting
- Basic Health & Safety Training
- ADA Certificate
- Must pass all criminal background checks and health screening
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
