About the Job:

Leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base as a Business Development Specialist at Learning Tree International. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on strategic account management and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maximize results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems, providing data-driven insights to inform future sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of business development experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of CRM-based prospecting, comprehensive PC administration skills, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • The ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic team and continually develop professional skills and knowledge.
