As of February 7th, a highly reputable law firm is seeking a Director of Legal Recruiting attorney hiring efforts. The Director will be responsible for :
- Facilitating all interview processes and overseeing the onboarding and orientation of all new attorney hires.
- Communicating with Practice Leaders and Firm Management regarding hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and lateral Partner and Associate candidates.
- Developing fruitful partnerships with search firms and law school recruiting contacts.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members, including hiring new recruiting professionals as needed.
- Reviewing recruitment statistics and identifying ways to enhance systems and processes.
- Collaborating with other firm departments to drive firm’s goals for recruiting efforts.
