The IT Department of a terrific law firm seeks a Microsoft Systems Engineer to ensure the security and reliability of the firm’s Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, SQL, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM, and Active Directory. Responsibilities will include :
- Deploying and configuring the Windows Server environment, administer policies and controls in Active Directory, and oversee patching and software development in SCCM.
- Ensuring the setup and optimization of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, including troubleshooting any issues, filtering spam, and implementing security measures.
- Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, documenting policies and procedures, and contributing to departmental projects.
